Our Story

We’re inviting you to join us on October 19th for a celebration. The 2024 Second Half Expo will be hosted at the beautiful National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. This is a major statewide event designed to honor the seniors of Oklahoma.

The expo is tailored to people who are in the “second half” of their lives who are looking to connect with the resources needed to live the way that they have always imagined. Over 130 of Oklahoma’s finest businesses will be present, providing education and demonstrations of the products and services that are available for the 50+ generation.

The day will be loaded with fun and activities, including free educational seminars, food samples, drawings for prizes and music from some of Oklahoma’s best talent.

For too long, the concept of aging has a negative connotation in the minds of some. Our mission is to change that outdated mindset. We firmly believe the senior years can be lived with dignity and purpose with the right guidance and resources. We’re here to support seniors and the adult children of seniors who are honoring and assisting their aging parents.

Not Just for Retired Seniors

There are many above the age of 50 for whom retirement is not on the radar screen at this stage of life. Rather than retire they want to rewire, while transitioning to something new.

What’s Next? That’s the question many are asking. Some want to enjoy their lives with adventure and vacation, while others are looking for meaningful work. Then there are those who want to pursue a business idea that’s always been in the back of their mind. The possibilities are endless: and we want to show you how.

Second Half Expo is supported by knowledgeable experts in their fields of health, business, motivation, retirement planning and more to help you discover what’s next for you.

How You Can Be Involved

We are currently confirming sponsors and exhibitors for the statewide expo. Floor space is limited to 130 vendors and will go fast. Organizations are encouraged to book their space now to ensure availability.
