At WovenLife, our mission is empowering people of all ages and abilities to find hope and independence through compassionate care, education, and support.
WovenLife offers a Child Development Program for children ages birth through five-years-old, an Adult Day Health Center for adults and seniors, and onsite Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy.
All programs are inclusive to people living with or without a disability.
With WovenLife, you are not alone caring for your family member or friend. WovenLife’s Adult Day Center makes it possible for caregivers to provide care while meeting the demands of their jobs and families.
WovenLife’s Adult Day Center meets your loved one’s physical, social and emotional needs in a safe, home-like setting. Our services are offered for various levels of care based on the individual needs. A medical professional from our staff meets with you to determine the level of care required. Our program uses individual plans of care to provide a variety of health, social, and recreational activities. In addition, the center provides supervision and support services.
Along with Adult Day services, WovenLife’s program includes a Caregiver Support Group component; an opportunity for caregivers to learn, share, and gain support from their care-giving peers.
Whether enjoying our lovely outdoor garden and pond, relaxing in the multi-purpose room, or participating in art activities, you can feel confident your loved one is in excellent hands.
