The Health Insurance Enrollment Center (MedicarePrepare®) was born through the vision of our founder and Managing Agent, Bob Archer.
Having been in the insurance business since 1997, Bob has served as a Health, Life and Medicare Agent, as well as a District Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager & Agent Trainer heavily immersed in both Under 65 Health Insurance, Life Insurance and Medicare plans.
In August of 2007 Archer was tapped as the Area Sales Manager with Humana, serving Northeast Oklahoma. Archer left that position after 5 ½ years and entered negotiations with the Lovelace Medicare Plan. We become the only Authorized Independent Agency with the ability to write the Lovelace Medicare Advantage plan in Oklahoma that year.
Shortly after executing the Lovelace FMO Agreement, we quickly on-boarded 20 new Agents who were eager to write the Lovelace plan. Just a few month later, we learned that this Medicare plan would be purchased by Health Care Service Corp. They operate the Blue Cross Blue Shield brand in 5 states.
Fast forward to 2020, we now have 290 Affiliated Agents across Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Arizona and Kansas who write thousands of plans each year. We offer a variety of plans from carriers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Globalhealth, Unitedhealthcare, CommunityCare, Christus, Imperial, Aetna, Mutual of Omaha, Cigna, TruAssure Dental, Careington Dental, National General, Assurity, Imperial, MDLIVE and hundreds of Life Insurance carriers.

The leaders at the Health Insurance Enrollment Center take pride in the training and support we are able to provide to our affiliated Agents. We are a NON-Captive Agency. Or goal is to provide the support needed to allow Agents to earn a good living selling a variety of top-quality insurance products with an emphasis on the Senior Market.
Our expertise runs the gamut of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Part D Drug Plan, as well as Under 65 Major Medical Plans and Life Insurance. In the past year, we have taught many Agents how to take advantage of the new Federally Facilitated Health Insurance Marketplace and earn an excellent monthly income.
